18-35 years love also parties: nightclubs, parties on boats … Even though considerable clubs have closed, as a result of environmental complaints about noise, and problems with crime. Moreover, they go there less and less, owing to financial issues, and other motives, as the ban on smoking in public places, for example. Then, they found other ways to have fun: the pubs! The pub is ‘the’ British heritage. They are an integral part of the life of British people. However, for them, taverns would just not be corners where have drinks, it would also be unique social scenes, spots of gathering, that pubs be located in villages, or in towns. People go there, to fraternize and relax. Sometimes, publics houses have games quizzes, darts or billiards. Others are well-known for their giant screens; young people love watch together a football or rugby match.

The country holds not less than 5000 libraries. Each resident can have a membership card, allowing them to borrow books, DVDs, music CDs … without charge. Youth can savour books and enjoy to acquire knowledge.

The land is also distinguished for its street artists. You can even find in London, guided tours of urban art.

 

The Great-Britain has a horde of outstanding sporting attractions, recognized as the liveliest in the world: the Olympic Park, the Wembley Olympic Stadium, the Arsenal Football Club, Wimbledon… A copious amount!

 

The state is reputed, like the United States, for example, to have a particular interest in the realm of performance arts. You will find in the kingdom plentiful establishments where have a good time; for one hour, dancing to the music of your favourite artist, or for several weeks, learning ballet, classic dance, singing…, and at affordable prices! There is also all over the country free choirs, other British culture. 

 

According to polls, the 18-35 years would spend their money especially in gym clubs, sports, or pastimes such as bowling, karaoke… 

 

Practically each locality is furnished with what is called ‘Leisure Centres’. These are huge edifices, offering a multitude of hobbies: fitness, tennis, squash, badminton, dance, basket-ball, football, arts and crafts, climbing wall, beach volley… The hubs also have outdoor and indoor swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, spas! Leisure centres are available to anyone. 

They give a variety of tariffs, for all desires and budgets: daily, monthly, year … Students benefit a reduced rate and extra advantages.

 

Alongside that, the attractiveness of all these entertaining has diminished. Indeed, the advent of apparatuses: mobile phone, tablet, laptops, e-readers… made people spent more time in home fun and games. Particularly, this age group, heavy users of social networks. They also use them for pursue an occupation, computing, play games, chat by telephone… They spend more than a third of their free time, using their devices.

 

British young people can go for walks in one of their manifold parks, hiking, camp, cycle, go to the museum, the library … The continent is also very fortunate to have a large number of beaches. Young people can organize trips to the sea when they want. They have thousands of restaurants, bars, pubs, clubs, places to eat at and order food. The territory really got it all. It has much to offer! It assuredly will not disappoint youth looking for a good evening, native alike visitors! The nightlife is superb, and, in a lot of cities, the cost of living is extremely cheap! Local participation in entertainment activity may be linked with a socio-economic background. The regional councils organize diverse free educational actions, and events, to encourage communities to be active, as well as to be part of a community. They strongly believe, that this will improve the citizens’ well-being. During the summer, concerts, drama, and outdoor cinema are comped.

 

Leisure activities are the time remaining after studies, work and daily obligations. Have the opportunity to relax, and have fun, is important for the well-being and the health.
